Terms of Service — Sync Daddy IPTV
Read in full before subscribing. By using the service you accept every clause, particularly §2 (legal-content covenant) and §3 (indemnification).
§1. What it is: Sync Daddy IPTV is a configuration-sync utility — it mirrors playlist URLs, EPG sources, and settings between devices an account holder owns. It does not host, transcode, broadcast, distribute, or inspect video content.
§2. Legal-content covenant: You represent and warrant that you will only use the service with playlists, credentials, and streams you have the full legal right to view, and will not use it for pirated or infringing material.
§3. Indemnification: Material, binding indemnification clause covering claims arising from your use, the content you submit, your breach of these Terms, and third-party IP-infringement claims.
§4. Operator-access scope: The operator does not routinely inspect snapshot contents but retains technical read access for support, abuse investigation, and lawful requests. Never sold, shared, or analyzed for marketing.
§5. DMCA + takedowns: We comply with valid legal processes; may suspend or terminate accounts in violation of §2 and disclose account information as required by law.
