Cancellation
Cancel any time from the Billing tab. You stay on Premium until the end of the billing period you've paid for; after that, your account drops back to Free (1 device, editor only). Your data is retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe.
Refunds
Fourteen days, no questions asked, for new Premium subscribers. Email support from the address on your account; we issue the refund within one business day.
